By booking, attending, or participating in any event, service, activity, workshop, party, or experience hosted by Haus of Vibes DIY (“Company”), you (“Participant,” “Client,” “Guardian,” or “Responsible Party”) agree to the following legally binding terms.

Participation in DIY crafting, beauty, scent mixing, slime creation, spa-style activities, art projects, product blending, and related experiences involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, cuts, burns, allergic reactions, skin irritation, ingestion hazards, equipment-related injuries, illness exposure, property damage, emotional distress, or other unforeseen injuries. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

You expressly release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Haus of Vibes DIY, its owner, employees, contractors, volunteers, representatives, affiliates, landlords, vendors, insurers, and any related parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in any activity. This release includes claims based on negligence, premises liability, product reactions, accidents, personal injury, illness, death, property loss, or any other harm, whether occurring before, during, or after participation.

The individual who books an event (“Responsible Party”) agrees that they are financially and legally responsible for all participants included in their booking. The Responsible Party confirms they have obtained permission from parents or legal guardians where required and that they accept full responsibility for the conduct, safety, and supervision of all guests. This responsibility is non-transferable.

Participants acknowledge that certain materials used in activities may contain fragrances, oils, dyes, preservatives, adhesives, or other ingredients that could cause allergic or skin reactions. Haus of Vibes DIY does not guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participants agree that it is their responsibility to disclose known allergies or sensitivities prior to participation and to assume all risks related to reactions. Haus of Vibes DIY is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice or treatment.

While reasonable safety measures are taken, Haus of Vibes DIY does not guarantee that participation will be injury-free or risk-free. All activities are voluntary. Participants agree to use materials and equipment as directed and understand that misuse may increase risk.

Participants agree to behave respectfully and safely. Haus of Vibes DIY reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe behavior, disruptive conduct, damage to property, or failure to follow instructions. Removal for these reasons will not result in a refund.

Participants agree to be financially responsible for any damage caused to Company property by themselves or their guests beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the Responsible Party.

All event bookings with Haus of Vibes DIY require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit at the time of booking in order to reserve the requested date, time, staff, and materials. No event is confirmed until the required deposit has been received and processed.

The deposit secures your reservation and covers administrative costs, staffing preparation, inventory purchasing, and scheduling commitments. For this reason, deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, weather concerns, dissatisfaction with services, or failure to attend.

The remaining balance for all bookings must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date, unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to submit full payment by the required deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the event without refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit, at the sole discretion of Haus of Vibes DIY. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the event, including same-day cancellations or no-shows, are not eligible for any refund.

No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, reduced attendance, participant misconduct, removal for unsafe behavior, dissatisfaction with activities, changes in guest count, or unused services.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and approval by Haus of Vibes DIY. Approved reschedules may incur an administrative fee. Deposits will not be transferred to new dates unless expressly authorized in writing by management.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.

Haus of Vibes DIY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, facility issues, emergencies, government orders, or public health concerns. In such cases, the Company may offer a rescheduled date or credit at its discretion. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

All deposits and payments are subject to the Company’s cancellation policy as stated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise specified in writing, deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted at the Company’s discretion.

By attending events, participants grant permission for photos or videos taken during activities to be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes unless written notice opting out is provided prior to the event.

Haus of Vibes DIY shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather events, power outages, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within the Company’s operating county.

If any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By completing a booking, submitting payment, checking an acceptance box, or participating in any activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waiver. You understand that you are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
